6.1. Ordering Process

To place an order, follow the instructions on the relevant pages. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is validated.

6.2. Payment Terms

Payments for services or products are made through secure methods indicated on the site. Prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes.

6.3. Right of Withdrawal and Satisfaction Guarantee

In accordance with regulations on digital content, you acknowledge that immediate access to the service after payment results in the waiver of your legal right of withdrawal. However, because your peace of mind is our priority, AHHC offers a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee after payment. To prevent abuse, this guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• The User must have viewed less than 20% of the total training content.

• The request must be motivated by a serious reason related to the content's unsuitability for the User's needs.

• AHHC reserves the right to refuse a refund if abusive downloading of resources (PDFs, audio, videos) is detected via the platform's tracking tools. Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Technical: We cannot be held liable for temporary service interruptions or technical issues related to third parties (hosting, payments), nor for any misuse of the services.

7.2. Safety with Equines: The User acknowledges that interaction with horses involves inherent risks due to the unpredictable nature of the animal. The advice and exercises provided (videos, audio, text) aim to improve the relationship but do not replace the User's basic caution. AHHC shall not be held liable for any accidents, or physical or material damage occurring during the implementation of the advice. The User assumes full responsibility for their safety and that of their horse.
