When the relationship with your horse becomes tense,
it’s not always a matter of technique.

Sometimes, something happens before the "problem" arises.

In what you feel.
In what your horse expresses.
In the context.
In the interaction.

This free guide invites you to observe differently,

without judging yourself,
without trying to correct,
without forcing yourself.

Who Is This Guide For?

This guide is for you if :

  • You deeply love your horse

  • You want to do right, but sometimes doubt

  • Some situations become tense without you understanding why

  • You’ve already tried "solutions," but the discomfort never really disappears

  • You no longer want to force yourself or your horse

You don’t need to have a "big problem".

You don’t need to change everything.

This guide is simply an invitation to see things differently.

What You’ll Find in This Guide

Trust and harmony between Béatrice and Hamar, an old grey stallion, sharing a complicit glance and smile.

In Observe to Feel, you’ll discover :

  • A simple, concrete way to look at a situation before it becomes tense

  • An observation grid with 4 axes:

    • Human side

    • Horse side

    • Environment side

    • Relationship side

  • Real-life stories with our horses (Aron, Bleikur, Þór, Glaður) to illustrate actual situations, without idealization

This guide won’t tell you what to do.

It will help you understand what’s at happening.

What this guide is (and isn’t)

To be completely transparent with you :

  • It’s not a miracle method; it’s an invitation to slow down and see what’s truly unfolding.

  • It’s not a rigid program; it’s a flexible observation framework adaptable to your horse and your reality.

  • It’s not a checklist of tasks to apply; it’s a tool to develop your own intuition and feeling.

  • It’s not a promise of spectacular overnight results, but the first step toward a more coherent, lasting, and peaceful relationship.

In short : it’s not just that, it’s so much more.

It’s a space to step out of "doing" and return to "feeling".

It’s the certainty that by shifting your perspective, you will naturally transform your relationship.

Why We Created It

Observing the human-horse relationship in the pasture, with a beautiful and serene face-to-face moment between Aurore and Alba, an Icelandic mare.

For a long time, we believed that if something wasn’t working, it was because we weren’t doing "well enough".

Over time, and with the horses, we understood something else:

👉 The problem isn’t always in the action, but in the lack of coherence.

This guide was born from that understanding.

It is a first doorway into our way of looking at the human-horse relationship.

What This Can Already Change

This guide doesn’t change anything obvious right away.

But internally, it makes its way :

  • You slow down a little

  • You listen differently

  • You force yourself less

  • You understand something you had never named before

It’s a first step.

Aron, a bay dun horse and Aurore enjoy a peaceful nap in the pasture, a moment of calm and well-being.
